Message from the Acting Headteacher

Dear Parents and Carers,

I would like to warmly welcome you and your child to Vine Tree Primary School. This website has been created to give you a glimpse into the life and work of our vibrant and inclusive school community.

I am incredibly proud to be the Acting Headteacher of Vine Tree. Our dedicated staff work hard to make this a special place where children are happy, inspired, and supported to achieve their best. We believe in providing every child with an excellent education—one that is engaging, challenging, and full of joy. Alongside academic success, we place a strong emphasis on personal growth, helping children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

At the heart of everything we do are our five key values: Respect, Learn, Enjoy, Treat Fairly, and Include. These values shape our school culture, guide our daily interactions, and help us to create a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and empowered.

We also believe that the best outcomes are achieved through a strong partnership between home and school. Throughout the year, there will be many opportunities for you to get involved, learn about your child’s progress, and share in their achievements. My team and I are always happy to talk with you about any aspect of your child’s development.

While our website offers a helpful overview, it can only show a small part of what makes Vine Tree so special. I warmly encourage you to visit us in person—you’ll always receive a friendly welcome, and we’d love to show you what makes our school such a wonderful place to learn and grow.
