Safeguarding & Keeping Safe

Nothing is more important to us than the safety and welfare of our pupils. We take rigorous steps to ensure that children stay safe and do not come to any harm. We work closely with parents / carers and a range of professional external agencies in order to secure this.

If you have any concerns, no matter how small they may seem, about the safety or welfare of any child, please contact the school's Designated Lead for Child Protection, Mr Locke, Head Teacher; or Mrs Walker, Deputy Headteacher

Cheshire East provide a Early Help and Support team who deal with all serious child protection concerns where a child is considered to be at risk of significant harm. Please call ChECS direct should your concern be urgent - details below:

The Cheshire East Consultation Service (ChECS) is the new ‘Front Door’ for access to services, support and advice for Children and their Families, from Early Help and Support through to Safeguarding and Child Protection and became operational on 22nd April 2013.

Please call for a consultation - social workers and support officers will be available to discuss your concerns and agree the next steps to be taken.
