Arbor - Information for parents/carers

The system we use for communication and payments will be Arbor from Monday 15th December 2025.

You will be able to see your Childs attendance, pre order and pay for school lunches, pay for trips, receive in app messages and e mails and other things too.

If you are logging on for the first time:

1. You need to do "forgot password" first.

2. Enter your email address (make sure this is the email address Vine Tree have on record for you).

3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

4. Enter the password you want to use, once this is done you should be able to log in to the Portal and the App.
