Before and After School Club operated by Sports Coaching Group
Sports Coaching Group Ltd have been running for over 10 years, we now work in over 100 schools with over 80 staff members. We work with partner schools offering many services from swimming to childcare and after school clubs. We pride ourselves on providing a personalised service with not only the schools needs but parents and carers needs at the forefront of what we do. We are passionate about providing children opportunities within sports and can't wait to watch Vine Tree pupils join our journey!
Current times and prices per session:
Breakfast Club - 7:45am - 8:45am - £6.50
Your child will get breakfast included in this price, please fill in any allergies on the medical information during booking process.
After School childcare
Slot 1 (3:15pm - 4:30pm) - £6.50
Your child will get a small snack within this slot and themed activities, games and sports will be available.
Slot 2 (3:15pm - 6pm) - £13.00
Slot 3 (4:30pm - 6pm) - £8.00
Small meal included as well as themed activities, games and sports.
Childcare vouchers accepted. 10% sibling discount
How to Book Tommy Tiger Time - Wrap Around Care at Vine Tree Primary School

- Click the 'Book Now' button in the top-right corner of the homepage.
- You will be taken to our booking system. Select 'Childcare'.
- Choose the following options:
- Location: Vine Tree Primary School
- Service: Wrap Around > Vine Tree Primary (WA)

Select all required dates. You can book anything from a single session to an entire term.
Complete Your Child's Details
You will be asked to provide:
- Emergency contact information
- Medical and allergy details
- Photo/video consent preferences
- Walking home permissions
Review Your Basket
If you need to add additional sessions or another child, click the '+' button and repeat the booking process.

Confirm Your Booking
Before submitting, please check that all session dates and details are correct.
Once you are happy, click 'Confirm Booking'.
You will receive:
- A booking confirmation email
- An email invitation to create your online account
Your account will allow you to view and manage your bookings and payments at any time.
